Thank you for considering veterinary referral for your patient to Locomotion Hydrotherapy Centre.

 What next?

I am an RVN, so you can be confident that your clients are in professional and knowledgeable hands. In order to treat patients in hydrotherapy, they must be referred to us by the responsible vet. This includes fun and fitness swims.

What is needed?

  • Patient referral form with all sections filled out- can be printed and brought with client or emailed to us

  • Clinical history with your diagnosis or reason for referral

  • X-rays if applicable

Please let me know if there are any behvioural concerns with the patient which may affect treatment. I work and always work based off of a fear free approach so anxious or aggressive patients will be given extra time. If I have any concerns with the patient I will immediately refer back to the responsible vet prior to further hydrotherapy treatment.

Please see the vet referral form section. I am happy to discuss specific patients prior to referral if you feel necessary.
